Help PLEASE!!
I have to make Fondant today. It is my first time!! Is it o.k. to make Fondant on a rainy day? I REALLY need it today, but I think I remember someone saying not to make Fondant on a rainy day.
I am making Jennifer Dontz's Chocolate Fondant.....

It;s the humidity that's the problem. I live in the tropics so it's always incredibly humid here. My fondant is fine as long as I make it in an air conditioned room. It may need extra sugar though. And dry fondant/gumpaste figures in an air conditioned room too.
