I read somewhere that the Wilton buttercream recipe will only remain good for up to two weeks refrigerated. Is this true because after a cake if I don;t have another order coming up within a week the kids get into it and say "Well, it is only good for a total of two weeks." and they eat it all up.
Anyone else has any thoughts on this?
Yes, but you can freeze it and it lasts a long time, months.
