Can you cover cake balls with ganache? I typically use melted chocolate or candy melts that will harden quickly, but i was wondering if I could get the same result with ganache? Any help would be appreciated.

Basically treat cake balls as you would a normal cake. I mean, I know they're tiny but yes - you can use ganache.

BTW, congratulations on your weight loss! I'm supposed to lose about 80 lbs myself.
