I have searched but couldn't find the answer to this question:
I am making this recipe tomorrow and I wanted to know if I have to use coffeemate or can I just warm up some whole milk?
Would this greatly affect the flavour of the frosting?
I also don't have any wedding or creme bouquet, so could I just use vanilla and almond extract? Would you put butter flavour in?
I don't want to ruin an entire batch with 5 cups of high ratio.
What does the coffee creamer add that milk doesn't have?
Thanks for any tips you can offer!

I think that the creamer just adds to the flavor and makes it "creamier"(sp?). As for the flavoring, you can add what ever flavors you like. Try vanilla almond and butter, you can do equal amounts of each or more of one and less of the other two. Or what ever you want. You could add strawberry if you wanted to instead! It is what ever flavors you want, like or need.

Hi, may I ask where you got your hi-ratio shortening from? Did you get it here in Canada, if so, what is the brand name? Thank you!
