Hi all, I was wondering if there is a site I can get a generic customer contract from or if you wouldnt mind sharing one of yours? Is there anything in paticular you would put in a contract?

I also was wondering if any of you charge a deposit on your wedding cakes? I also have a silly question but, I have never done a wedding cake and I am not sure how this works....do I rent/buy/or have the customer provide the cake stand? What do you guys suggest?

Thanks so much to any who reply!!!!!! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

If you go to www.cakeboss.com; they have a generic contract that you can use; it's great!!

Also, I think everybody here gets a deposit on their wedding cakes. To save the date of event, etc.

I haven't done a lot of weddings cakes; but the time I had to use a stand, the customer bought it themselves. You can also rent the stands and include that in the wedding cake price.
