ok I have always used the Wilton buttercream recipie 4 cups pwd sugar 2 bars crisco 1tbsp meriunge pwd 2 tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla. I have never had an isue but it is having a hard time crusting any help ideas or another recipie idea thanks so much

I see you're in Texas...hi, neighbor. Here in OK, I often have the same problem with my BC, which is another recipe. Add more PS. The humidity is the issue.
