I just wanted to let you know I made Linda's lemonliscious lemon cake over the weekend!!!! It was FABULOUS!!!!!! I used 1/2 cup of lemoncillo instead of 1/2 cup water, I also used 1/2 can of lemonade concentrate; and everyone loved it! I served it to some guests, and I was afraid it might be too "lemony" (is there such a thing?) for them, but it wasn't too much..........they LOVED it!!!!!!!!
I didn't use the white chocolate ganache topping, I just used a lemon/powd. sugar glaze over the top!!!!!!
If you love lemon...........you HAVE to try it!!!!!! (Just look for Lemonliscious Lemon Cake in the recipes here). It's just the touch of Spring I needed!!!!!

That does sound delicious! I was thinking about making a lemon chiffon cake yesterday, but decided to go with coconut. Now, I've changed my mind again, thanks to your lemon post!
