Does any one have any tips on how to make Bettercreme Icing (whipped) easier to work with. I'm looking for a way to make it stiffer so I can make flowers easier. I love the taste of it but hate working with it Have had people prefer it over buttercreme.
I don't know if you can make a flower out of Bettercreme. I don't think it would hold it's shape. The only thing I could think to add would be powdered sugar, but I don't have any idea how it would turn out.
