Can't give you any helpful hints on actually making it, but.... if you go to search, filter "Baby Shower", and type in "onesie", there are actually pages of cakes with onesies.

I will make sure I document my baby shower. I am hosting soups to nuts. It will be a pink and green theme (she is having girl) with onesies and booties. Very cute.

I am even making pink lemonade punch... yum.
