I was wondering if anyone has a very quick and easy way to make a very tiny amount of royal icing .. I need all total maybe one to two tablespoons of this icing. I simply need to pipe two names so I can later transfer them to a cake as writing in regular buttercream is NOT my area of talent! Is there something I could use instead of royal icing that will hold up for transferring from wax paper to cake? Thanks for any ideas!

Just take one egg white and as much PS as you need to get it to the right consistency.
