I have been on their site. It looks tempting. And it is trans fat free. I love soft icings. I sure wish I could make a homemade icing like this. Does anyone make a recipe at home that is even close to something like this? I like to make my own because I like to use my own combination of flavorings? Any ideas?

If I remember hers is a non crusting meringue based icing... Try the whipped cream buttercream from the recipe section. It's outstanding
