Made raspberry filling, followed recipe exactly. Problem is it won't set. I know it takes awhile, but how long and is there anything
i can do if it doesn't?
I don't have a solution, but, funny, I had a raspberry filling question earlier, also. I ended up experimenting and it was the one thing that worked today.
If you decide to try something else, I can highly recommend the Raspberry Puree filling recipe by melysa. It was easy and thickened quickly. Good luck!
Did you make my recipe? It can take hours to set. It is best just to make it up ahead (like the night before) and put it in the fridge.
