can you use the americolour airbrush gels to colour fondant or buttercream.

They work well when sprayed on fondant and gum paste. Do not spray buttercream with these! In my experience, it will leave your customers/guests lips, teeth, tongues, fingers, etc. the color of the cake. Now, if you're doing an April Fool's cake, the answer might be different... icon_biggrin.gif

you can, but because they are liquid you may need to add extra sugar. ive also used the ab red to colour the redvelvet cake.
