I'M MAKING A CHOCOLATE CAKE AND WANT TO FILL IT WITH GANACHE AND COVER IT WITH CHOCOLATE FONDANT.
HAS ANYONE MADE CHOCOLATE FONDANT OR IS IT JUST COLORED BROWN.

I use Rhonda's Ultimate Chocolate MMF - recipe here on CC. It's very yummy.
I know that you can make chocolate MMF by replacing some of the powdered sugar with cocoa but my preference is Michele Foster's Fondant (MFF). I have made it with white chocolate (was absolutely delicious). Michele has updated the recipe here to reflect the changes (including both types of chocolates) here is the link:
