Did you see the episode of Sugar Rush, when Mike made a large fried egg cake? He placed a small sack of fake egg yolk, cut it open, and it oozed out. Any idea on how to re-create that egg yolk recipe?

I thought it was thinned pastry cream (with yellow coloring added to it). I have it DVRed I will try to see if I can find it later tonight.

Havent had a chance to hunt it down on my DVR but I did get a little info on it from FN. The Sugar Rush episode is called "Over the Top." It is #Episode SA0111....the last time it aired was 10/23/08.

ok I cant find it but I did find this recipe on line. Look at what it says for the lemon curd and apply it to the "Sunny Side up Egg."
