in terms of cups. I looked it up, but you get differing answers depending on the type of food, and I couldn't find fondant specifically.

28 grams equals 1 ounce
454 grams equals 1 pound
so...500 grams is 1 pound 2 ounces (close enough!) HTH

500 grams is 1.1 lbs

It's a little more than a pound.

500 grams = 17.636981 ounces

16 oz = 2 cups
