I just finished a cake for my grandmother's birthday tomorrow. We have to travel about 1 hour away - I was going to put it in my Tupperware cake carrier but it is too tall.

How should I store it tonight? I think I remember reading not to put it in the refrigerator..Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Forgot to add - covered in MMF fondant with MMF fondant flowers.

Just leave it out on the counter, it'll be fine. If you're worried, you can always put it in a cardboard box, but I leave mine straight out on the counter.

Ditto on what chilz822 says...the only difference is I try to make sure it's in a cool shaded area (just in case).
