I am in need of a firm, dense chocolate cake for a topsy tuvy cake. I want to get a good tasting moist cake BUT I know it needs to be pretty firm and sturdy for a topsy turvy cake (because it is such a high stacked cake).

ANY HELP!! Would great! Thanks

I just made a 2 tier TT cake and it is just a cake mix. It's your support system you should be concerned about.
Here is a link on how to make a TT cake. This is a great tutorial!
