Which crimper is the best to use for smocking a baby dress top? My friend is have baby #7( 
) and finally it's a girl! She wants a very vintage frufru baby room and I thought about doing a dress with smocking and lace and little flowers. I have never used a cripper and would like advice.

i think you use a ribbed rolling pin to get the grooves, then use a pair of tweezers to pinch two of the lines together creating the smocking effect. Ive never tried it so i might be wrong.
