Hey all,
I am starting to get more cake requets that are for fully covered fondant cakes. I wanted to get an idea of what you all think is the best tasting as well as easiest to work with. I like MMF but the next cake i am doing is a 3 tier monster and i have never covered that large of a cake with MMF. SO, your votes ould be a great help.

MMF is great, but I like M Foster's or even LaWanda's white chocolate fondant best for texture ... they're just more uniformly perfect for me than the MMF, their pliability is wonderful. I love using Princess Cookie and Cake Emulsion, or Creme Bouquet (Depending on what your crowd likes), for nearly all the fondants I make, since they go pretty well with almost any flavor combinations. Good luck!
