My friend wants me to make her wedding cake and she wants the octagon shaped pan set. Where can I find them? No store near me has them and on line I have only found one store that carries them and with shipping the cost will be around $100.00. Please Help![/list]

The easiest thing to do for octagons is to use a square pan and just cut the corners off. You'll lose some cake, but it won't cost as much as buying pans that you probably won't use too often!
