Has anyone made a WASC Baileys & Cream Cake?? Do I just add the Baileys to the water??
TIA,
Tiffany
I haven't made that cake but have substituted Baily's for some of the liquid in cakes. A less expensive way to go is to substitute the Baily's flavoured creamer from your grocery store for the liquid in the cake. Gives it a nicer texture than water.
just sub out 3/4 of the water for baley's, it's so delish! i do this with chocolate and everyone loves it!!
I actually have made a Bailey's cake. All I did was substitute the water with Baileys and then I added vanilla and a teaspoon of Irish cream flavor (or even Brandy flavor). After the cake is baked to give it an extra kick, poke holes into the cake with a toothpick and brush (with a pastry brush) half a cup of baileys into the cake.
