In order to keep with the standards of the Dept. Of Agriculture here in VA, I can't use anything that needs to be refrigerated (jams, jellies, cheesecakes, etc.)

I want to offer a variety of flavors for fillings/icings, yet need them to be non-refrigerated. That pretty much leaves me with buttercream.

Does anyone have any ideas that I can use? Right now, these are my options I offer:
Cake Fillings
Buttercream
Mocha
Mint
Cookies-n-Cream
Chocolate Buttercream
Peanut Butter
Chocolate Ganache
Irish Cream

Cake Icings
Homemade Marshmallow Fondant
Buttercream
Mocha Buttercream
Chocolate Buttercream
Peanut Butter Buttercream*
Snow-White Buttercream (Almond)*
Whipped Creme*

Should I consider just buying Lorann oils and using those in place of fruit preserves?
