I just pulled my first batch out of the oven and rolled it in the mixture of 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 cups cinnamon .. this mixture is WAYYYYYYYYYY too strong! I would definitely reduce the cinnamon portion down to maybe only 1/4 cup ... I personally think the nutmeg taste is awfully strong as well, so next time I would reduce that down to about a 1/2 tablespoon ... but definitely worth the time!

Hi Guys!

Sorry for the delay!! It was a busy weekend

As for the cinnamon and sugar mixture, it's really up to you on how much you want to use. This is just for rolling the warm (and they must be warm) cupcakes in.

The nutmeg used in the recipe, I eye balled it so it could be less than a tablespoon. All this was just an experiment...

If you have anymore questions, let me know.
Thanks!!
