Just wondering, for those of you in New Zealand. Do you make your cakes from scratch or do you use a pre-mix to bake the cake ? Are there any suppliers that do bulk pre-mix cake mixtures ?

I mostly do mine from scratch but recently have been using boxed ones as my ovens pretty rank!

There isnt any suppliers here that will sell directly to you unless you are a registered business. I would suggest depending where you are that you go to a bulk place like moore wilsons or toops and they have big bags of premix. Ive bought this a couple of times but find the expiry date is always pretty close.
