I am looking for a cutter or some ideas for cookies for an Irish-themed wedding......a celtic knot, or any of the celtic patterns. I have never seen any cookies like that done anywhere. Has anyone here?
Thanks, Heather

If you can do icing image cookies, I have a couple of celtic knot designs I can share. There is also a set of celtic knot patchwork cutters on Global Art I am thinking of buying. Here is the link to the cutters:

PM me if you want the designs. HTH

I just posted some I did with the stencils in the gallery.

Should be able to view them soon.

Just took a look. Your icing is sooo smooth. Very pretty cookies. icon_biggrin.gif

Spinningleaf.com has a mold for chocolate covered Oreos that has a Celtic knot on the top. Very pretty...and easy to make!

Thanks for all the tips and links. I can't do edible images at the moment, but I will find something to do from this list, I'm sure. Thanks again. Heather
