I am exploring a business opportunity that involves favors. They will include chocolate, but also cookies. It's in the investigative state. But, how would I decide on the type of oven. For the most part, my guess is that unless it is attached to the home gas is mainly out of the question????
I have always baked using gas and like the control and consistency that I have experienced using it. With that, outside of gas which gives the most consistent results electric or convection????
