I always have trouble covering chocolate cakes without the dang crumbs all in the icing. How do I keep the crumbs out? I always try the crumb coating and it never seems to work for me. I still get crumbs in it. Am I doing something wrong maybe?

I always let my crumb coated cake sit either in the fridge, or if i have the space the freezer. this allows the icing to harden up and the crumbs dont come off when you are doing the final icing.
