Looking at purchasing a new oven for start up kitchen. Any advice on best type?

Have you researched used equipment? You can look up bakery equipment for sale - get some great deals!
Do most of you all use Convection ovens then? are those best for baking cakes?
I don't know the answer to your question...I guess it depends on what you want your set up to be like.
I want a certain type of kitchen and a certain type of "bakery"..so I am looking at setting up my kitchen like you see on top chef or whatever. It's not going to look like a typical "commercial kitchen".
