I have petit four molds that are made to use with chocolate. When I ordered them, the directions said to add paramount crystals to the chocolate so that it could be bitten through. I have a lot of Ghiradelli Dipping Bars from Sam's and I'm wondering if it might be soft enough to use without adding the paramount crystals. Does anyone know? I hate to make my chocolate too soft ... plus I don't know where I put the paramount crystals and I would really like to get the petit fours done tonight. icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks,
Martha

The ghiradelli is fine without. that is not actually chocolate, it's almond bark flavored chocolate. It will work icon_smile.gif
