I have an awesome recipe for rolled sugar cookies but I'd like to try and make them chocolate, would I do a one for one substitution? I'm thinking of using some mint extract, ooooooo, and just some plain ol' bc.....

I'm sorry you haven't gotten any reply to your post yet. I really don't know the answer to your question. If I were experimenting, I would not do a 1 for 1 substitution. I have a recipe for sugar cookies with cream cheese in it. It has a regular and chocolate version. They are both the same except they add melted chocolate to the chocolate version.

Thanks for responding! I think I'll give it a try, maybe use an almost 1 for 1 ratio, see how things work out thumbs_up.gif
