I just used my Pampered chef mini tart pan for samples and they turned out great. They look like mini-cupcakes only even smaller. They are just the right size. Plus they look nice too. You only need to bake them for 10 min or so. ( Any more and they will be over done. )
It's probably not cost effective for everyone but I thought I would share my discovery.
