I added my cream to my chocolate only later to realize i did not add enough chocolate. My question is can I reheat the cream with the chocolate in it and add it to some more melted chocolate.
Yes. Or just melt chocolate and stir it in. Be careful not to burn anything.

Worked like a charm. The ganache whipped up like a champ and was very good. Frosted the whole cake with it and covered with fondant. the fondant broke down however...probably won't try that again....
