I'm actually making it for a TV spot next week that my friend/event planner is taking on the show with her.
It will be the Pink Champagne cake from on here (I add pink color to it), filled with chocolate ganache and strawberry preserves, and it tastes AWsome!
I'm making about 15 of them next week...
