I'll be doing a cake this weekend and in the past I've done fondant ribbon on fondant cake, but this time would like to use fabric ribbon? Do you guys use anything to adhere the ribbon to the cake or do you just tie the ribbon around?

I usually overlap the ends with a small piece of double sided tape. Hope this helps

Debbie.....I just use a little bi.. little dots of frosting or gel......not too much, it can bleed thru but if you do it in the back or under a flower...you should be fine.
