Hi,
Can anyone tell me what white cake mix is? I am in Australia and have been looking for a white cake mix to make the WASC cake but cant find anything?? Is it just a packet mix from the supermarket?
Is there any other really goos wasc recipes available.
Thanks Donna

That's how I buy it. I am in Canada, and I can't get Pillsbury mix. However, both Duncan Hines and Betty Crocker make a "white" cake mix. It says "white" on the front of the box. I have used a vanilla flavoured cake mix for this recipe too.

White cake mix is a dry pre-made mix that you only add water, egg whites and oil to make the cake. Can you purchase any pre-made cake mixes in the stores where you are?
