I will be in the Phoenix area in early March for my brother-in-law's wedding, and I have to make his cake! I think I will be staying in Peoria. Can anyone tell me where I can go to get my supplies when I get there? I'm a little nervous about trying to do a cake in a strange kitchen, I at least need to find a good cake supply store!
