You know, I know some people actually make cheesecake and use it as a filling. But I being sorta lazy, I tried it with that premade Philly cheesecake filling. You can buy it in a tub in the same area as the Philly cream cheese. I used it with a spice cake and got RAVES!
Just a thought.

My niece (very picky) also wanted a cake w/cheesecake filling like that from Cheesecake Factory. 
Having never been to CF, I used the premade "original" Philly cheesecake filling and she liked it! 
In fact, she liked it so much she later bought a tub of the key lime flavor - and ate it right out of the container. 
(She's pregnant.!)
