Hi,

I've been asked to do a shower cake for 2 teachers, both having boys. One of the mommies is using the bedding "Alphabet Soup" by Cocalo. The other mommy is doing chocolate brown and blue. The girls giving the shower thought it would be cute to use the alphabet bedding as a design, since they are teachers. My question: should I copy the bedding exactly? Is that ok to use one girl's bedding exclusively, and not the other's? Any ideas?

I think i would do the alphabet using the brown and blue colors. Sticking more towards a teacher type theme. I wouldn't want to upset a soon to be new mother by using one's bedding over another for a joint cake.
