what are some web hosts that you have used to create a website for your cakes?
pros/cons?
I use freewebs.com.I have since upgraded and pay $50.00 a year so that I can have access to more templates and more bandwidth for pictures.
I use Yahoo. Love it. I also tried freewebs for my dance studio, but in order to get my own domain name there was a fee. Don't have as much freedom to create what I want with freewebs. I really do prefer Yahoo.
i go through microsoft live office small business, they use templates and everything and make it very easy, and i only pay once a year for the domain name i wanted...
this should take you there www.officelive.com
I have my cakes on simplesite.com
There is a small yearly fee but its so worth it. I have 100+ hits per week and I get orders directly through it which make the site fee worthwhile. They use yahoo and google search. Your welcome to check out my site on simplesite.com/sonyabaker
www.vistaprint.com
Thanks for sharing this tip! I didn't even know that VP does webpages. I got on your website and it's very cute. Do you mind if I ask you which monthly plan you purchased? (I was on the vista website as well checking it out).
Thanks again for your help!
I'm using Rogers (our local tv and internet provider) It's easy to use and wasn't too expensive to register my domain name. I'm not entirely happy with the set up but it's getting there...
