Anyone Use Allen French Creme Filling?

My MIL found this at a food warehouse, I've never heard of it before. It tastes pretty good though. Does anyone know if this has to be refrigerated once it's on the cake? The sleeve/box has no instructions on it.

Is that the exact name and the correct spelling? I tried a google search and could find nothing on it.

I know, I searched it also. Is that a bad sign? It says "Use by Mar 09."

I guess I can try it for myself....
