Help - Need Ideas For A Single Serving Owl Or Monkey??

Hi all!
I need to make a single serving "smash" cake for Sunday, of either an owl or a monkey. I was going to start with the mini stand up bear pan and go from there, but I can't get one of those for at least a week....
Any ideas - I have the mini ball pan, and the sports ball pan....was thinking I could somehow stack those....any ideas??? Thanks in advance!

What about using a 4 or 6" and the mini ball and carve from there? Not sure how big the mini ball is. HTH and good luck!

heres an owl idea, take 2 cupcakes, remove paper. place one upside down on plate, take the other one and with it in its regular position slice off, downwards, about 1/4 of it. sit this ontop of the other one. the smooth surface you just cut is the face, ice that smooth, then take a leaf tip and cover the rest in feathers starting at the bottom working upward. pipe on eyes and a yellow beak. ill try to add it to my photos since its too big for here.
