Has anyone used cream cheese instead of butter or know if that's possible to do? I was going to give a try, but thought I would ask before I potentially ruin a wonderful batch of icing! Thanx
I have tried to make CC SMBC before and while it is FREAKING DELICIOUS it is REALLY soft and difficult to work with.
Hmm, I guess now that I think about it, the cream cheese doesn't get firm like butter. I have a hard time working with stuff that's easy nevermind difficult!! Maybe something to try if I'm just gonna plop some on a cup cake or something. Thanx, I never considered that part of it.
