It seems like something I should know, but I'm confused. I understood that any copyrighted caracter cannot be duplicated...period. However, it seems like I see them all over the place. I assume food network can do it because they have cleared it with the copyright holder. But I've seen pictures online of private bakeries that have made characters. Can anyone clarify??
