what do you use to apply fondant decorations like flowers or cut out hearts? water? i have no idea! thanks

i just use water, or a dab of icing.

I use water and a paint brush. Don't use too much though, it will slide and get gooey!

Sometimes, I'll use water. Other times, I make up a mix of 1 tsp. fondant with 1 tbl water. Let dissolve overnight and it's good to use!

Piping gel works great, too.
