I've been having trouble figuring out what to charge.

Aside from cakes, I've recently started selling baked goods to a local cafe. (fully understanding THIS is not going to make me rich)
I do realize they are going to be marking my stuff up considerably, but does anyone have any idea??? I don't want to "just scrape by..."

Whoopie Pies (both large and small) ~ he was paying the other supplier $1.00 each... is that reasonable? (My ingredients are much better for you and not cheap.)

dessert cakes~ this is the one that really has me stumped??? I know I can't charge what I do for reg. cakes...

PLEASE, if you can help / give ideas I'd appreciate it. I am making a delivery tomorrow afternoon... (I cringe at the thought of pricing ~ got to toughen up!!!)

Thanks~ icon_smile.gif
