I started using Michele's fondant recipe a short time ago and I can't tell you how pleased I am. It's a beautiful finish and the recipe is a snap! My question now is, can I make a dark chocolate fondant with this recipe?

I agree with you about MFF's fondant being wonderful and thats all I use now but when I need dark brown fondant I use the choico pan fondant recipe here on cc. Tastes like tottsie roll and works and looks beautifully. good luck
