I am making two birthday cakes for a friend, and would like them to be creative but easy. One is probably going to have bees with the words "Happy 'Bee' Day" or "Hap-bee Birthday."

The other I would like to do a spaghetti and meatballs cake, but I can't think of anything clever that's pasta-related to relay a happy birthday message. Does anyone have any idea at all?

Hope your Birthday is "AL DENTE"

or

Buon Compleanno! (Happy Birthday in Italian)

or

Manja...Manja!!! (Italian for eat)
