I am the Bakery Manager for a new Bakery that will be opening up in January 2009.

We are looking for Experienced Scratch Bakers who also have Cake Decorating experience, and are able to work in a fast-paced enviroment.

Pastry and Cookie experience is required.

Knowledge of Ice Cream Cakes would be a plus.

We are looking for long-term team players that are passionate.

The Bakery is located in West Tampa, Florida.
