How Much Would You Charge For Cake Balls??

I brought some leftover cake balls to work and everyone enjoyed them. One of my co-work ask how much would I charge for them, and I wasnt sure what to tell her. Help me!!! icon_confused.gif

I just did about 40 doz cake balls for my mom. I figured out if I make the ball about 1/2 oz it takes about 1/2 oz of chocolate. I've got about .27 in each one so i would probably charge .50/ball. Everyone that i talked to locally didn't think that was to bad.

I charge $10/dzn and mine are a good tablespoon size, cake being mixed with icing.

I get $20.00 per dz and only sell by the dz. I don't measure its by feel, but my cake balls fit in those mini muffin liners.

I use to sell them at $10.50 a dozen.

I currently sell them for $10 for the first dozen and $8 for each additional dozen.

I charge $10/doz. with a minimum of 2 dozen per order.
